Upon completion of the DGES students will:
- Have a comprehensive view of the local, national and global. problems HEI (higher education institutions) face.
- Be capable of performing research with scientific rigor and lead research groups that contribute with scientific inputs to the Higher Education Management Field.
- Act as leaders and institutional change agents with Social commitment and ethos guiding their decisions for the sake of the Higher Education
- Have the ability to offer research outcomes to guide the decision-making processes in relation to the problems and issues according to the management of the HEI (Higher Education Institution)
